Tonight's Menu....
Chicken Parmigiana w/Spaghetti Squash and salad.
For dessert I am making a apple crisp in my Pampered Chef Deep Dish Baker...takes 14 minutes in the microwave. OH YEAH! I will post up recipes and pictures tomorrow. :)
